I happened upon a picture of Jennifer Aniston and her new man, whom I will always think of as the premature ejaculator from Sex & The City, looking quite fetching.
She was carrying this purse:
And, she has it in brown!
I want! In black, preferably.
Too bad it's $4,000. While I am quite a shopper, there's no way I can pull that rabbit out of my hat. I met Jen once years ago when I was in law school and working at an entertainment law firm in LA. She was a client of the firm and seriously could not have been nicer. This was back in the Brad days, so I got to say hi to his hairy self too. I completely forgot about that five minutes of my life until I started writing this. Anyway, do you think maybe if I call her up and explain how much I like the bag she might just give me one? She has two! I'd even take the brown.

ReplyDeleteOooo I like it! And you're spot on with the gossip mags and salons. The ONLY time I ever read them is when I'm getting my bi-weekly pedi. They're just so fun but I'm always left feeling fat for some reason. Huh.

Well, he wasn't short, but he definitely wasn't tall either. Maybe 5'9-10"? JA is pretty teensy all around. You're so right-every star is smaller than you'd expect.
ReplyDeleteI think she will probably tire of the purse in about a month, so I say go for it: call her up and ask! That's pretty cool that you met her IRL. She's my age and that depresses me because I don't have arms like hers. I don't have hair like hers. I don't have money like hers. But I've got plenty of kids, and she doesn't have that! So maybe taking a peek into my life would have her saying, "I don't have kids like her.... a husband like hers..." etc. You know what they say about the grass always being greener --
